Is there a real ringer silencer toggle?

can recommmend "ringer silencer?"

yes, know can switch off ringer mechanical switch (which hard reach thick rubberized protective cover on iphone 4s), i'd sure jailbreak app silence ringer , other audible notifications until shut off. not on schedule or timer, but... on or off.

suggestions? couldn't find worked via cydia site...

install sbsettings through cydia , install ringer/silence toggle.
works great!

swipe top of screen left right once installed , presented number of quick on/off toggle buttons , other nice goodies.
