iCloud never seems to send password reset email ...

a while tried create new icloud account daughter.

when try recreate it tells me address exists (which news).

when tell send me password reset email never comes (gmail). i've tried numerous times, waited hours, , checked spam folder. nothing.

ideas? account stuck in kind of never-never-land?

sons gmail address , icloud account work fine.

have tried sending password reset email son's account see if works? if not, going different email account?
