Export setting to send video to another editor

i use finalcut , have clips want share in highest possible quality send editor.

want other editor able edit , produce highest possible quality resolution.

think can accomplish choosing do: export/quicktime movie/current settings.

correct? if not, can suggest best method use?

 

what other editor using edit with? other editor have preference? think understanding requirements aid in making recommendation.
