Converting or Demuxing MKV ?

hi, i'm searching software doesn't suck handbrake crap takes 10 hours demux 1 subtitle on 1h30 movie.

ideas ?

 

mkvtools

works i've tried. take h264 mkv file , move directly mp4 container no re-encode. allow pull out different audio streams or subtitles altogether.
