Apple TV 1 vs. Apple TV 3

apple tv has refurb model on best buy $79.99. says can push 1080p. offer new ui atv 3 have? i'm tempted go because features hdd compared other 2 devices. thoughts?

 

do not buy apple tv 1g unless want , have reason buy one. cannot drive 1080p without hacking , never getting update apple.
