Xcode 4.3 Mac App Store- Crashes

apple's newly released xcode 4.3 downloaded mac app store keeps crashing on computer after installation. either crashes or crashes after starting! seen this? far haven't been able figure out nor have figured out how uninstall it.

 

what os running? if running mountain lion, need download dev build of xcode (xcode 4.4) apple's website.
