Why does my iPhone keep prompting me for my iTunes password? ...

starting few days ago, iphone 4s. every often, seems randomly, when i'm using phone prompted itunes password. enter without error, no error message.

nothing else appears happen, until i'm prompted again couple hours later.

first thought had stalled download on phone? don't see one.

guess what's going on?

starting couple nights ago, daughter downloading bunch of purchased songs , 1 of them apparently corrupted , stuck in never-never land. keeps trying download our itunes pc no luck. coincidence?
