Rename playlist on iOS 5 device (not using iTunes)?

hi all!

how rename playlist on my ios 5 device within music app?? i'm aware can via itunes , re-sync idevice. ios 5 suppose "pc-free", , can create, edit (add), , delete playlists, cant seem find how *rename* existing playlist on device without using itunes?!

please advise.....

not that, can't edit song id3 tag data, or album art, on device.
