Moving pictures into new album

it seems after move picture created album, can not delete camera roll? true or there way delete camera roll?

 

photo library have photos in , camera roll have pix taken idevice.

created albums display duplicate of photo can organize photos. original still resides in library or camera roll. can delete location, permanent delete camera roll or library.

may once photo in album, have delete there first , delete camera roll.
