MB has to go to best buy to be fixed..but some Qs first

my computer has been freezing every other click 3 min fine 30 secs ect..can't believe took me 10 min log in , create message. today has been worst it's ever been..some days fine..others ehhh

think based on others telling me hd failing..but need bring best buy have looked at...have 4 year accidental coverage.

have external want stuff on every time click folder drag external..it won't let it...anything...does hd need formatted?


also..do think if start using start disk , reinstall os..it better until store on monday?


or..once fugue out had copy on hd...can restore entire comp..from beginning?

 

i have purchased @ apple store, unless of course had bunch of best buy certificates. i'm not big fan of best buy's repair team, have had bad experiences them in past.

in regards hd question, need re-formatted. simple, make sure ehd big enough
