MacBook Pro and 128GB M4 SSD/500GB HD?

looking advice.

bought crucial m4 128gb ssd 2009 mbp.

want install hd , fit hd superdrive is.

use mbp music production , install os , applications including logic studio etc on ssd , use 500gb hd , files, documents , samples etc.

now, best way clone os , apps hd?

don't want mess entering serial numbers again, can done?

have 1tb external drive well.

also, can recommend decent optibay price in uk.
