iphone keeps cycling

have tethered 5.1 jail break. wanted hard reset since has crashed few times. iphone keeps cycling not turn off. everytime shut or try hard reset keeps cycling.

 

you gotta use redsnow boot tethered.
follow steps put in dfu etc...
