Iphone 4s Loading problem

hello!
have problem iphone 4s. have had phone 4 months , problem hasn't been better updates or new releases.

problem when use youtube, facebook, safari , other apps. app opens, won't load/ buffer. "working wheel" in corner working , working, nothing happens. can't search or in app , seems frozen up. nothing happens. try cancel/ quit program totally nothing works. when turn phone off , on again works. maybe couple of hours or maximum day before same problem occur.

else have same problem? ?
