i filtering mailing list of 4709 addresses. selected cell in column want filter, went data , filter. clicked custom filter , gave city wanted filter by. filtered fist 3483 entries on list. left blank line , entries 4709 unfiltered. why doing this? how can filter whole list?
have done same thing in other excel documents mailing lists , filters whole list.

have tried manually select entire list? use data>sort feature select sort columns.
