Can't send MMS from inside Photo app

i having problem sending picture mms inside stock photo app. problem occurs when choose send picture message (mms) from inside photo application... if go text messages , attach picture there sends perfectly.

once click send inside photo app mms disappears , can never find again. never shows in messages app, , recipient never receives it. doesn't work if i'm trying send iphone user through imessage either.

there i'm doing wrong, or bug in ios 5.0.1 (9a406)? i'm on iphone 4s through sprint btw.
