AppleCare sends back same iPhone

i sent iphone 4 apple because of defect/dust under glass. had been checking status every day see when replacement might ship still on "diagnosing device".

well, morning old iphone showed letter stating apple-certified technicians had determined iphone within spec , working properly. question did @ screen? little foam bag came in looks suspiciously 1 put in before sending away.

pathetic or did needs corrective lenses?

 

call them, politely explain problem have resolution, , see if can taken care of real next time.
