16gb iPad + LTE or 32gb iPad wifi

i need advice on 1 should before pre-order. had 3g ipad2 16gb , used no hassles never used 3g. although use pages , document cloud features dont know, can tether iphone 4s... please me choose because ill spend 10000 years choosing 1 haha! 32gb seems more options can use ipad 3g,4g features might useful.......

 

it you, if have iphone 4 3g, there need have 3g ipad well? if personal hotspot not enough you, go lte, if you're okay 3g tethering, go 32, suggest.
