Secondhand Macbook: 20 gigs of music files but cannot locate

hello

purchased first macbook secondhand today. when go storage says have 20 gigs of audio files when try locate them in files cannot find them.

*i have lion (but no start-up disks can't wipe system clean)
*i deleted other admin account , did not save copy
*there guest account haven't accessed yet
*it's 2009 macbook 120 hard drive

on how can locate files , erase them appreciated!

• diskinventory x
• omnidisksweeper
• jdisk report
• grandperspective
