lockinfo does not observe notification preference

have lockinfo set how it, have found strange behaviour notifications.

have messaging app torch , have disabled notification center , lock screen settings --> notifications

lockinfo still showing these in notification screen on lockscreen. thought lockscreen uses rules set in notifications. not want these appear in lockinfo lockscreen, way this?

 

did try torch app settings?
