iLlumine Theme Help!

i used use amazing theme "illumine" in day, , best theme out there in opinion. if didn't have themed icons, make 1 app if re-downloaded it. no longer this. has half icons (even "extra icons pack") , no longer creates new icons newly downloaded apps. there fix or package can download fix this?
