Cannot connect to app store on iPad 3

i can still search apps , @ "featured" apps try @ top 25 or "categories" section sais "cannot connect app store" . weird huh? tried resetting , tried while connected multiple different wifi sources no luck. know what's going on?

had same problem yesterday , changing apple id password fixed it.
