Second hand iPhone 4, possibly been opened. Chance of getting a
replacement?
i bought second hand iphone 4 yesterday , looks if has been opened , front or rear glass replaced. also, wifi doesn't work well, mute switch isn't good, , camera flash doesn't work.
it's in warranty until august 2nd, chances of managing replacement apple store if list of problems has?
if device damaged, apple won't fix it. if things aren't working looks it's in shape, might give shot (since it's under warranty), have record of other time it's come in service. sounds damaged me, means wouldn't fix it. (now, if has applecare+, might different story.)
