multitasking

using friends jb ipad 1 , downloaded allows user switch form 1 application other without restarting application. it's not true multitasking freezes app doesn't restart. seems run smooth. ideas why ios doesn't this? not complaining here, interested in knowing why.

 

its resource , ram heavy, apple didn't include because tend stay away things seem reduce speed , quality of devices.

tweak called backgrounder way, use on first gen , wonderful, 128mb of ram.
