icons in launchpad always shift around?

i have app icons , folders in alphabetical order (just way it) in launchpad , following day, out of order, random.

know being anal, hate wasting time looking things... how come shift around? reminds me of when used sync dock mobileme

 

i still don't know causes this, it's bug in lion. things remind me of how dislike lion spent money on it. anyway, solution i've found delete apps luanchpad via terminal command:

sqlite3 ~/library/application\ support/dock/*.db "delete apps; delete groups title<>''; delete items rowid>2;"; killall dock

after you've done this, you'll have manually add applications dropping them on launchpad icon on dock. not permanent solution, bug appear again.
