gcc not compiling with Xcode installed

i'm trying use program gnuplot fit data, updated lion , naturally had update gnuplot. however, when try configure in terminal states not have c compiler, installed xcode 4 know gcc , gnu compilers downloaded. i'm lost great!

 

can post last few lines config.log? on terminal output of following commands -

code:

gcc -v 

and

code:

g++ -v
