Force certain DNS servers when on home wifi network?

is possible?
our at&t dsl modem here in san francisco has problems dns lookups, , have set of our devices manually google dns.

on iphone able choose settings particular network, on macbook seems apply every single wifi connection.

how can fix , make more mobile functionality?

 

are using router? if so, should able specify dns servers in admin software.
