Few questions on Apple TV2

hi,

moved new house , i'm trying figure out how set tv , hifi in living room.

ideally want able do:

-play music iphone/ipad hifi
-use airplay mirroring on tv
-charge iphone/ipad in sort of dock

-make use of sort of cloud storage music, pc beast , don't want switched on listen music if can avoid it, nor want stuff every music track 16gb phone or pad.


i'd happen using 32inch hdtv, soundbar or 2.1 system next movies/tv , music , leave @ that. don't want seperate i-device hifi, simple charging dock better.


so.. i'd need apple tv airplay, can job of receiving audio , sending out hifi well? work itunes match give me streaming audio, or use itunes match on iphone/ipad , send appletv?

cant head around how it'd work, if has experience similar setup , has pointers that'd helpful.

 

atv2 need, except charging ipod part. work itunes match can stream music atv2 unit in house.
