Early 2009 Mac Pro - DDR3-1333 memory ok?

i have 2009 mac pro (2.66 quad-core) if 12gb ddr3-1333 (http://www.crucial.com/uk/store/partspecs.aspx?imodule=ct3kit51272bd1339) work ok/clock down?

there negatives in getting on recommended ddr3-1066?

thought if 1333 i'll future proof (in case new mac pro in next year or two).

no cons. it'll perform 1066 mhz, , you'll able use kit newer hardware.
