Cant boot, so cant find out FW/BB version

i have iphone 3gs model# a1303, still have itunes used copy songs. unlocked , jailbroken, during 1 cydia update got stuck in reboot cycle, apple logo nothing else. when try restore using itunes, saw fiddler logging request http://appldnld.apple.com/iphone4/041-1965.20110721.gxub5/iphone2,1_4.3.5_8l1_restore.ipsw

can know iphone fw , bb version?

couldnt find out fw/bb version, let itunes update phone, after update, found myself in de-activated state.. , after lot of googling found out tinyumbrella. downloaded tinyumbrella v5.10.06 , showed details phone.

installed firmware : 5.0.1
installed baseband : 05.16.05-6.4_m3s2
serial number : ***

first hurdle crossed, know dealing with. next need unlock , jailbreak use carrier.

aah 1 more thing.. dont know ios running.. ideas?
