i'm trying use facetime first time, when put in apple id message "could not sign in. please check network connection , try again." i'm using imac [lion] , 1 year old airport extreme. found article [ http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4245 ] opening ports, can't find instructions on how that.
think problem. how open ports?
