27" (screen issue) your thoughts please

i have 27" imac late 2011 thunderbolt model. morning have noticed looks lines , splodges on top right hand side of screen, after doing quick search on here i've found it's common issue.

i've been straight on phone apple care have said take store on monday morning them 'clean' screen?!!

me?? i'm thinking surely continue happen after have 'cleaned' screen? within rights request new machine or 'cleaning' of screen work?

way no 1 in house smokes, apple guy asked me 5 times during 12minute phone call!

 

my late-2009 imac apple store having display replaced issue. complete replacement of display tech said can't guarantee issue not re-occur.

kept getting reminded considered 'environmental issue' (eg, high levels of dust or smoke in room) nonsense. besides, display should designed cope expected levels of dust in average home.
