Walmart?

i'm upgrading piece of crap droid iphone 4s on march 3rd...finally here!

doing grocery shopping , while walking out noticed walmart had iphone 4 , 4s on display. wanted play around , noticed aid $88 4 , $188 4s.

question...would there negative going through walmart instead of verizon or apple? i've ever gone through verizon in past didn't know if mean in terms of warrenty or anything.
