Volume Tweak

ever since app , system sounds separated (lock/unlock , notification sounds still play when muted), i've set option control them volume button. however, miss alarms, notifications, etc. know of way can make, say, skype , facetime ringing go default volume (so can mute them in class), have alarms , notifications play full blast?
