Voicemail issue with iOS 5.1

ever since updated ios 5.1 i've had new voicemails unable play without rebooting iphone 4s. see new voicemail in visual voicemail show 0:00 , not let me play message. when reboot, notify me of new voicemail , i'm able listen. has happened 4-5 times. happened today on wife's 4s it's not exclusive phone. on sprint network.

tried searching forums didn't find posts similar issue.

ideas of how resolve this? thank you!

ever able resolve this? having same issue ios 5.1 on 4s, on sprint. mine bad have reboot phone every time receive voicemail.
