Video Thumbnail Maker?

does have recommendations app go through folder of video files , create jpg called "filename.mp4.jpg"?

seems simple thing want i've found little seems it. there apps create contact sheet, if bump them down 1x1 single image, don't appear have option "grab 10 seconds file" - opening title appears on 0 seconds.

try mac app called moviebriefs. not quite specific looking for, go through movie file , generate single jpg shows sequence of thumbnails. can set start , end frame capture want (like title screen, or end credit) first , last thumbnails. can specify how many thumbnails per jpg.

not automatically go through directory, creating jpg of thumbnails each movie file -- have manually or perhaps automator script.
