Usb stick problem

i have 32gb kingston usb stick(flash disk).
not know why, stick not seem 'compatible' mbp, osx-lion.
when want eject it, several times have 'force-eject'. not though.
other times try empty trash, usb stick connected mac, means trash can has usb stick deleted items, , mbp crashes(halted - have restart mbp).
tried format it, used disk utility also, formated in pc-windows well, tried many different things. no convenient result.
seems wrong , not know might be.

use other usb sticks no problem.

use stick in windows without problem.

have 'blueharvest' pane installed in system.

cannot believe usb stick faulty, because kingston, , use many kingstons without problems. after all, if there problem stick, wouldn't happen in windows machines too? use in windows without problems.

bad happen in strange relation between mac , stick.

can me solve problem?

 

i'll ask may obvious. have tried reformatting in different machine? unsure post if did on or in bootcamp instance. i've seen issues fat32 file system insists it's still in use although nothing in process monitor shows , formatting on machine cures it.
