my girl , got new service at&t. both kept our old iphones previous service got new account , new phone numbers. asked me today why texted friend phone, hadnt. friend thought spying on her, , showed "who etc etc" phone. thought ever, odd.
anyway today cousin shows me message (this second person), messaging him "hello", replies back, , there reply "who dont know you" showed me because thought funny forgot texted, when told story showed me texted him first "hello" message , never got reply or sent of responses....is there ghost?

are these via imessage anychance? if are using same apple id on yours , girls phones?
possible that, unless still paying old contracts, at&t have recycled old numbers
