personal knowledge app

hey. i'm looking personal knowledge app.
not taking notes on go more central place information up.
example train schedules or of own pdf schedules , likes.
should flexible enter new data (type in, take photo, pdfs web ideally)
i'm not looking project-planning application.
more tank can throw in data , able find , access it.
