Notification sounds/vibrate not working??

they randomly stopped working - can me here? enabled , , vibrate, phone won't it.

i had same thing yesterday. vibrate work, none of notification sounds worked. ringer worked, none of other sounds. went apple store , decided defective hardware , gave me new phone.

had go through restore , backup restore before anything, way determined hardware , not software. say, go apple.
