No Sound

the sound working fine other day , evening went watch on computer , there no sound. upon checking volume controls volume way , grayed out can't change it. speakers have been using turned on , appear working green light on. tried unplugging them , plugging them in , restarting computer, neither worked. says digi coreaudio device , there nothing else showing option choose sound. have no sound @ on computer right now. know how fix this?

what os version running?

no sound you mean speakers dont work or audio jack doesnt work? when press volume control make alert noise? try , different device speakers make sure working. digi core audio device? on computer? why that? these usb speakers? computer shouldnt know speakers ur using based off standard aux cable. more specifics.
