Is there a way to identify US and UK versions unopened?

wondering if there way check out if it's uk or model based on boxes?
because i'm after macbook air 13", can cheaper few established seller ebay £200 cheaper apple store. however, few of them noticed version, annoying horizontal "enter/return" key.

 

size of box different.the box isn't wide uk model extension plug goes under laptop in one, goes @ side in rectangular box in uk one.
