iMZDL Siri not working on 3G

i'm in hospital @ moment , don't have resources search through ton of threads. siri not work on 3g?
i've tried 3 different servers , give unable speech.

works me, both on wifi , 3g. had problems 2 days ago, , had remove plist , reboot when had fixed (see troubleshooting page).

otherwise drop them email.
