iCloud Question

i had replace iphone 4s (hardware problem) , i'm doing restore icloud. icloud backup 1.9 gb. @ apple store, estimated time 3 hours, went decided go home , restore phone there. home wifi ~3 mbps , icloud restore taking long time still (it's making slow progress, estimated tim ~4 hours) else's icloud backup taking long download?

 

it depend on internet connection, load on servers.
