HELP! Microsoft Office and Remote Desktop not running

i need help! think accidentally deleted system file while trying uninstall text editing program , microsoft office not running properly. opens , works fine until try save anything. freezes , crashes wrote disappears. on other hand, remote desktop doesn't open. when click on it, freezes until i'm forced force quit program. else fine, student, need programs! can please help?

rollback system backup made prior deletion of files, or restore files?

reinstall ms office?
