Firmware update killed boot

i upgraded new 2.7 think firmware on late 2011 mbp , wont boot anymore keeps flashing folder/question mark

have tried rebooting alt, v, , every other sequence , never shows disks choose from

of course couldnt happen @ worse time in process of moving france , living in hotel dont have cds / usb keys etc

reset pram etc also

thing gives me internet recovery

how hell fix this? have 2 hds in there , not problem of disk , firmware update has screwed

ideas other using usb key? dont have cd drive in machine

 

mine wouldn't install first time around, newer model. tried holding down power button 10 seconds, release , try boot.

also, can boot holding down option key?
