Create new iTunes library file?

i had problem itunes not finding of tracks, after deleting plist file , restarting it, have tracks.

that's news.

bad news had create new library load when not @ home listen itunes match songs , when come home , upload @ home library, loads library missing songs again. there way replace library file or update it?

 

maybe?
