Cant get SSI includes working in Lion OS X

can me please. cannot include files work. running apache 2.2 on apple mac lion

have edited httpd.conf file follows...

have added "includes" options line here...

<directory /usr/share/web>
allowoverride none
options multiviews followsymlinks includes
order allow,deny
allow all
header set cache-control no-cache
</directory>

...and have added "includes" options line here...

options followsymlinks includes
allowoverride none
order deny,allow
deny all
</directory>

...and have uncommented following 2 lines...

addtype text/html .shtml
addoutputfilter includes .shtml
