hi all,
i'm getting new computer @ work , want able install software on i've purchased through app store using personal id home computer (obviously applications permit use on home , work computer). employer (a college) has own procedures purchasing software. purchasing officer has asked me software need on new computer , believe want use college id purchase software (whether through app store or separate downloads). question is: if department installs software on machine, using own app store id, can log app store own personal id , install various titles i've purchased previously, without disrupting operation of software titles college dept has installed? in other words, can have software multiple apple ids working @ same time on single device, long device authorized each id?
apologies if convoluted explanation , many in advance advice can give me.

my wife , have separate itunes ids , able install/use programs purchased each other on our respective macs. issue installing updates requires other person log app store using account.
