Buying HD movies on Apple TV

so bought first hd movie on apple tv through itunes. bought muppets. went itunes on computer , doesn't display movie under movies tab or under "purchased." went movie in itunes store , still displays costs $19.99 instead of download button or "watch" button.

if buy movies on apple tv, can view them on macbook pro , ipad 3rd gen? how?

oh bought let right 1 in. what's weird got email muppets , ltroi not displayed under purchased movies on apple tv. when bought ltroi, asked me verify credit card's security number on though had credit itunes gift card, when bought muppets, didn't ask , took out of balance. can explain me?
