Bought a macbook pro - needs to reinstall

i got used macbook/open box macbook pro best buy, , didnt come osx disc, not sure if comes 1 or not, , id start on new refresh, come without disc, if not looks im gonna return this.

1 i5 core, 4gb ram, few goodies

 

if has osx lion installed, comes without disc.
